On his blog, Michael Sudduth has posted a detailed response to some of the criticisms he received in the comments thread of this post.
He calls it "Response to Prescott's Minions," which made me think of this guy:
If you don't know, that's a minion from Despicable Me.
I haven't had a chance to actually read Dr. Sudduth's post yet, but I'm sure it will be interesting. It's rare to find someone who has invested so much thought in this rather esoteric and arcane controversy.
