There's a book out called Theory of Reality: Evidence for Existence Beyond the Brain and Tools for Your Journey, by David O. Wiebers. I haven't read the book and have no idea if it has merit, but what's interesting is that Wiebers is an MD described as a "neurologist and neuroscientist." Here's a Q&A:
